Compete as a full member of PGTF. Our outdoor programs run 3 days per week beginning in April and concluding in late summer . (Track Rascals run 2 days per week).
Cross Train with PGTF
For athletes aged nine and up who are interested in building endurance and gaining strength for other sports such as baseball, soccer and speed skating.
Fund and Affordable Recreation & Competition
Outdoor fees are determined by age category . BC Athletics fees and volunteer levy are added to the PGTF fees. Note: athletes only pay the BC Athletics membership once per year. This fee will be deducted from the total outdoor fee for any athletes who participated in indoor training.

The Junior Development Program will once again have a number of senior athlete coaches responsible for coaching stations during practices. This year the Junior Development Coaching Coordinator – Lauren Matheson – will be responsible for creating the drills and stations used in practices. These will be progressive and designed to provide athletes with the fundamental skills needed to compete in all disciplines. Lauren will be communicating with a coaching committee and the other senior athlete coaches to implement the stations used in practice.
Active again this year is the coaching committee made up of adults from our executive. They will be responsible for overseeing the JD program. If there are any problems or concerns in regards to athlete safety, discipline or program implementation please contact either Cathy Johnson, Pat Caron, Cassaundra O’Brien or Ross Browne.
