The Junior Development Program will once again have a number of junior coaches responsible for coaching stations during practices. As in the past, Junior Development Head Coach Lauren Matheson will create drills and stations used in practices. These will be progressive and designed to provide athletes with the fundamental skills needed to compete in all disciplines. Lauren will be communicating directly with the junior coaches, the coaching committee, and parents, should there be any issues.
