Although health regulations DO NOT require officially registered daily health  assessments for participation in track and field activities, it is expected that all athletes, volunteers, coaches and spectators assess themselves before attending track practice or events.  DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE:

  1. a fever 
  2. a new or changed chronic cough 
  3. a sore throat that is not related to a known or preexisting condition 
  4. a runny nose that is not related to a known or preexisting condition 
  5. Nasal congestion that is not related to a known or preexisting condition 
  6. Shortness of breath that is not related to a known or preexisting condition

DO NOT ATTEND PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE HAD COVID SYMPTOMS IN THE LAST 5 DAYS!
