PGTF’s Spruce Capital Meet is the club’s second of the season and open to everyone! This is the perfect event for our youngest athletes to participate in and get comfortable with competition. This meet focusses on Junior Development and Master athletes. This is a BC athletics sanctioned event.
The Spruce Capital meet allows local Track Rascals to participate in their first mini-meet with events just for them. Our Master athletes also get a chance to participate and set records in their events and a special throwing pentathlon.
