Former track club member and Rio Olympian Alyx Treasure is coming to PG as part of an event that is being put on at Pine Centre Mall which focuses on Encouraging young girls to strive for success, its called “Beyou – An event to empower young girls to Beyou!”.
The event is over 3 days specials sessions with several guest speakers including a speech by Alyx and activities including screening for the movie Dream Girls.

Friday, September 22 –
All day: Dream Girl movie screening
Saturday, September 23 –
10:00 to 11:00 am: Braclet making
11:00 to 12 noon: Braclet making
Talk from Olymian Alyx Treasure 1:00 pm–3:00 pm
Sunday, September 24 –
11:00 am to 1:00 pm: Kaiten MMA, the importance of exercise and self defense.
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm: Professional face painting
Face painting is first come first served.
Please note classes are capped at 25 girls
