Did you run the Sun Run last weekend? Former club member Geoff Martinson was the second overall finisher in 29:46. Brian Nemethy, from Vanderhoof, was third in his 55-59 category in a time of 37.29.
Another former club athlete and Rio Olympian, Alyx Treasure, was high jumping in Europe in February. She finished fourth at a meet in Slovakia with a jump of 1.89m.

This is the original club logo from the early ’70s when the club started. We had a bit of a competition to design a club logo and this was the winner produced by one of our sprinters named Mark Graff.
